My New Guilty Pleasure

Maybe because it's because I'm married now, or maybe because I am currently stuck in ID and I'm craving some Southern warmth. But I have become obsessed with a new feature on the Southern Living Website. I just drool and drool over all these houses and plans. "If only" I think, and "when I have the funds", ends my thoughts... Enjoy my new guilty pleasure and indulge yourself in the search for the perfect southern manor. My Wedding Day

Once upon a time there was a girl who wished to be married in a castle to a handsome lad. As the young girl traveled the world she met many people. One day she met a smart and funny young man that made her laugh and smile like no one ever had. She decided he was the one. 5 years later.... they committed themselves to each other for time and all eternity. They both knew that no one would ever be able to compare to each other and they couldn't wait to start their life together.

On their wedding day they were married in a beautiful white building that looked like a castle. They had so many family and friends attend the wedding from all over the country. After the wedding they headed to a private reception with all of their friends and family to celebrate their magical day! They had all sorts of delicious foods and danced and ate cupcakes and partied the night away!

Hope you guys enjoy the pictures from my wedding day! It was truly the most wonderful day of my life and I am so lucky to have married my best friend. Thank you to all of my amazing friends and family that traveled so far so close to the holidays. It meant so much to have each and everyone of you there. I truly believe that being sealed in the Lords house for time and all eternity to your spouse is the greatest privilege and blessing anyone can have. I'll try and post some pics from the Hooneymoon soon :)

My mom was so supportive and amazing throughout every phase of the planning and day. She is my hero and I hope that in 25 years I am as happy as she and my dad are. I love my parents!

Life just won't slow down!

WOW what a total whirl wind month of December. I don't even really remember most of the month! SO glad its all said and done. John and I are finally in our apartment in Rexburg with our little doggie Carlos! YAY ;) I unfortunately haven't gotten our professional pictures yet. I know its KILLING ME!!!! Our photographers were AMAZING the were The Knots 2010 best pic. (follow the link for their site) So as soon as I get them I will do a FULL wedding post.

And I am pleased to report that the dust is finally settling on us here in the ICEburg and we are slowly starting to get organized in our apartment. So as soon as all of that is finalized I'll start taking pictures of the apt and get those posted. But for now here is a picture taken at the temple by a friends camera. Just a little sneak for you guys! Also I hope you guys enjoy the updated look for V-day. So excited! I think john is getting me a wedding band for my ring for the blessed 14th day of Feb. YAY ME! I love sparkly things!
