So besides the fact that my mom is my best friend, she is also amazing at her second job. You know the one where she gets paid! LOL But anyways for those of you who may not know my Mom is a CRNA which means she drugs you so you don't feel anything when you have surgery. Today She was able to be the Anesthesiologist for Dara Torres who lives in FL with her Family. Dara Torres is an Olympic Swimmer(41) who recently returned home from Beijing with 3 silver medals! Anyway My mom was in the surgery the whole time and made sure she had a good surgery. If you want to watch the surgery its on CNN.com and you can follow the link below to see it. My mom is standing behind the Blue operator sheet and you can see her silhouette the whole time!
