Getcha game face on!

It's been quite awhile since I posted a recipe so in light of the impending Super Bowl, I've decided to post my must have Super Bowl recipe. Enjoy and may the best team win!

Touchdown Chicken

Ingredients:
chicken breast or tenders
lays potatoes chips
eggs
salt and pepper

Instructions:
Line a baking sheet with foil and apply a light coating of Pam or cooking spray.
Clean the chicken and chop into small bite size pieces. Beat eggs and salt and pepper to create a egg wash. You can add Franks's hot sauce to the egg wash for a little kick! Smash the Lays potato chips into small pieces.
Now take the pieces of chicken coat them in the egg bath and then roll and coat them in the potato chips. Put them in rows onto the baking sheet and bake at 350 F for about 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Now if you want to score that extra field goal try this dipping sauce to go with it!

1/2 cup sour cream and some worcestershire sauce to taste with a sprinkling of paprika!
